The platform provides comprehensive solutions for business owners (Advertisers) who wish to sell their business, find and replace active working business partners, seek business finance, or pitch their projects (Listings) to wholesale investors in accordance with Sections 708 and 761G of the Corporations Act for deals valued at $500,000 and above.
