By clicking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set forth by Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd, trading as www.bizdealroom.com (“the Platform”).
1. Partnership Overview
1.1. Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd, through its platform www.bizdealroom.com, offers to cross-promote registered charities.
1.2. Mentored Business Sales Services has the discretion to either:
a) Waive 100% of all fees and charges typically collected by the Platform (ranging from 4% to 8% of the amount raised), or
b) Receive the fees and donate 100% back to the participating charity.
1.3. Both options result in the same impact for the charity, with 100% of fees either waived or donated to the charity.
1.4. Fees subject to this arrangement include, but are not limited to, listing fees, advertising fees, and success fees typically charged by www.bizdealroom.com.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1. Participating charities must be independent organisations registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
2.2. Charities must be verifiable through the ACNC website: https://www.acnc.gov.au/charity/charities.
2.3. Participating charities must have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status as recognised by the Australian Taxation Office.
3. Charitable Partnership Disclosure
3.1. This partnership does not constitute an endorsement by either party of the other’s products, services, or business practices.
3.2. Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd, ABN 56 630 339 150, is a separate commercial entity solely responsible for all business operations, product quality, and customer service.
4. Fee Waiver and Donation Process
4.1. Mentored Business Sales Services will decide, at its discretion, whether to waive fees or receive and donate them for each transaction.
4.2. In cases where fees are received and then donated, donations will be made directly to the participating charity.
4.3. All claims regarding fee waivers or donation amounts can be verified through [verification method to be specified].
5. Partnership Duration and Termination
5.1. This promotional partnership may be discontinued at any time by either party without prior notice.
6. Obligations of the Charity
6.1. The charity must immediately notify Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd in writing of any changes to its:
a) Registration status
b) DGR status
c) Other relevant details that may affect the partnership
7. Contact Information
7.1. For questions regarding the charitable work of the participating charity, users should contact the charity directly using the contact information provided by the charity.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [relevant Australian state/territory].
10. Currency
10.1. All monetary references in this agreement and on the Platform are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Authority to List Charity Information
11.1. By agreeing to these terms, the charity grants Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd the authority to list the charity’s:
a) Business name
b) Logo
c) Business information
on the platform
www.bizdealroom.com for the purposes of this partnership.
11.2. The charity warrants that it has the right to grant this authority and that the use of this information by Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd will not infringe on any third-party rights.
11.3. The charity may request the removal or modification of its information from the platform at any time by contacting Mentored Business Sales Services Pty Ltd in writing.
By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the charity you represent, that your charity meets all the eligibility criteria specified above, and that you grant permission for the charity’s information to be listed on www.bizdealroom.com as outlined in Section 11.
